Summer is just around the corner. Mike and I are getting ready for our trip to Spearfish, South Dakota. That will be
our one and only Rally this year, after our Rally we caravan to Gillette, Wyoming for the FMCA Convention. Bob and Diana
Gay have been busy working out the final detail´s for the event. There is so much to see in that area. Mount Rushmore, Crazy Horse,
Deadwood, Wild Bill Hickcocks tombstone, Buffalo National Park, just to name a few. Mike and I will be coming in a week early so we have lots
of time to view all the places before the actual Rally starts on June 13th. Your welcome to join us: just give Chris Camp a call at....800-350-2239.
Randy and crew will be there to fix up to six things...so be sure and get your reservations in early and your work sheet to Randy so
he can have your parts on the truck before it leaves Decatur. He will give you a date and time for your coach to be worked on and
go over any questions that he might have regarding your work order.
We are hoping to have Charlie Adcock stop by Rally on his way to Gillette and
share with us some of his ideas to FMCA get it´s attendance back up to where it was a few years ago. Our Club will not succeed unless FMCA
remains in existence. Charlie, is a long time member of our club and if you didn´t know let me be the first to tell you that Charlie is running
for FMCA President this year. Our Club supports you 100%...we need you and your innovative ideas.
Please make sure you let us know when you change email address´ When
I email out the newsletter, I get so many back and we want to keep our members informed on what is going on with the Club.
We already have
our locations reserved for 2014! Georgia and Oregon will be the FMCA Conventions...and for those Westerners that love Seven Feathers R.V. Resort! We have it....Rally Room
and BBQ area.
